To Apply for a Grant
1. Determine Eligibility: Organizations seeking funding from the W. Trent Ragland, Jr. Foundation should first review the Foundation’s Mission Statement and Program Areas to ensure they fall within the Foundation guidelines. The Foundation makes grants only to 501(c)(3) charities. It does not make grants to individuals.
2. Gather Information: Organizations that meet the Foundation's guidelines may submit one application per year. Items that you will need to provide include a grant proposal (including a summary of the project, the anticipated results of the project, and other funding sources) and your organization's budget. There is no stop and resume feature for the application.
3. Submit Application: Click here to apply: Ragland Application. Applications are due by February 1 or August 1 each year.
