Please email your Letter of Inquiry as a Word document (not a .pdf) to Iris Turner at: info@WTrentRaglandJrFoundation.org (Receipt of the LOI will be acknowledged via email within a few days. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please resend the LOI.) |
Letters of Inquiry are reviewed to determine whether the Foundation Board invites your organization to submit a Full Grant Application or declines the inquiry. All decisions are acknowledged in writing within one month from the LOI submission deadlines (February 1 and August 1). An invitation for a full application from the Foundation Board does not guarantee funding of your project.
3. Submit Full Application (by invitation only)
If the Foundation Board invites your organization to submit a Full Grant Application, we will contact you with specific proposal guidelines, a list of required documents, and a due date for submission. An invitation for a full application from the Foundation Board does not guarantee funding of your project.
4. Agreement and Follow Up
If the Foundation Board approves your full grant application, we will provide a Grant Agreement to be signed by an authorized representative of your organization. Approximately nine months after receiving a grant from the W. Trent Ragland, Jr. Foundation, we will send a Progress Report for completion about the status of the project.
